General

Do you have a shop I can visit?

We’re based in Arundel, Queensland (on the sunny Gold Coast, lucky us!) where you can come and view some examples of the services we have on offer & discuss your custom framing requirements. Please note, as we make-to-order, any artworks required will need to be ordered and unfortunately can’t be purchased ‘off the rack’. Occasionally we will have stock in store, however this can be purchases ‘as is’ and any changes required will be treated as a new custom order.

I'm interested in one of your products, what quality can I expect?

We get it, buying online can make it hard to know exactly what to expect. Rest assured, all of our framed and canvas art, wallpaper and mirror ranges are manufactured using high quality components and are produced on-site, by us – right here in Australia!

Will my artwork or wallpaper look exactly like it does on my screen - I'm particular about colours

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes and other factors. Mint Art Co. will not accept responsibility for any colour or design differences that are not factory faults. In purchasing from us, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual colour and design, and the representation on our website. In addition, please be aware that colours and textured finishes often vary between medias; for example slightly different shades of ‘White’, different degrees of light reflection or flare, and different looks and feel for our various wallpaper materials.

How long will my order take?

As each order is custom made, please allow up to two weeks for production of your new art or wallpaper during peak times.



Please note: Delivery times are in addition to production turnarounds and vary depending on location so for any urgent requirements, please ensure you contact us first to confirm if we are able to work in with your deadline.

How does Afterpay work?

Afterpay is a flexible payment option that allows you to shop now, enjoy now, and pay later! Your purchase is split into 4 easy, interest-free instalments, but we still process and ship your order as normal so you can enjoy it straight away. Do you offer trade pricing?

Absolutely – if you’re an industry professional within the interiors sector – interior designers, stylists, homewares boutiques and retailers, commercial designers, through to those requiring entire hotel or apartment fit outs – we’d love to hear from you.

Can you customise your products?

Although some of our collections are sourced from licensed distributors and are unable to be altered, many of our collections are designed in-house and our design team can absolutely offer colour matching or personalisation options, right through to custom sizes and mouldings. Get in touch to discuss what you have in mind, and we’ll let you know if we can accomodate your request and a provide quote.

I want to remove my wallpaper (obviously to update and buy a NEW one) - any tips?

Thanks for asking!!

Our biggest tip is when removing our ‘peel & stick wallpapers’ – especially the canvas texture which is just that bit ‘stickier’ than the smooth, we suggest grabbing your hair-dryer and heating the wallpaper up to make it easier to remove from your wall! Our smooth texture ‘peel & stick’ should just peel from your wall with no need to heat, however if you’re super concerned about your wall then do try our hair dryer trick 😉

Our ‘spray & up’ wallpaper can easily be removed by just spraying your wallpaper again with water from a small spray bottle! Easy peasy!

Our ‘wet & up’ wallpaper is more permanent and will need to be removed just like traditional paste the wall wallpaper.

With all wallpaper removal we do caution you to take care as we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to your walls.

Shipping & Returns

I received my tracking number - How long will delivery take?

Shipping times vary greatly based on your location: Generally it will take about 1-2 business days for delivery to metro Brisbane & Sydney areas, 2-3 business days to metro Adelaide & Melbourne, and up to 10 to Perth. If you require a specific timeframe, please get in touch so we can advise.

How will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped from our Arundel warehouse via our trusty Courier service, so please ensure you list a physical delivery address for them to deliver to (No PO Boxes, sorry!)

My order arrived damaged, what do I do now?

Each order is securely wrapped in multiple layers of protective packaging, to make sure your order arrives exactly as it should. If for any reason your order doesn’t arrive in perfect condition, we can arrange a replacement as long as you advise us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

Can I change my mind?

As every artwork is made to order, we can’t accept change of mind returns. However your consumer rights still apply – you have the right to have goods replaced, repaired or to receive a refund where:

the goods are faulty;
the goods are wrongly described;
the goods are different from a sample shown to you; and/or
the goods do not do what they are supposed to do.

How much will it cost to ship my product?

As every order is different (size, shape, dimension etc), and we ship from the Gold Coast Australia-wide, our freight prices vary accordingly. Please use the ‘calculate shipping’ button on your order prior to checkout to see your real time quote. For reference though please see the table and map below for estimated costs.
