REPLACEMENT AND RETURNS POLICY
Mint Art Co. will happily replace your artwork if a print arrives damaged or is not representative of the item chosen on the website. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours or insurance will not cover your replacement. Photographs of the damage must be supplied as proof, please email these to email@example.com. Please retain original packaging as we may need to arrange for collection of the damaged or faulty item. In the case where a refund is issued, the refund will be facilitated through your original payment method.
CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
As every artwork and wallpaper is printed and made to order, we can’t accept change of mind returns. However your consumer rights still apply – you have the right to have goods replaced, repaired or to receive a refund where:the goods are faulty;
the goods are wrongly described;
the goods are different from a sample shown to you; and/or
the goods do not do what they are supposed to do.
PLEASE NOTE: Once an order is placed and paid for it is considered final and no amendments or cancellations can be made.
PRINT AND PRODUCTION
All our products are made to order in our Gold Coast warehouse. They require a 5-7 day production time.

Standard shipping is calculated on a per product basis for RETAIL and WHOLESALE customers Australia wide. Please use the ‘calculate shipping’ button on your order prior to checkout to see your real time quote.
Shipping prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
We are unable deliver to PO Boxes as our couriers require a street address for delivery.
If you do not wish your item to be left at the delivery location by the courier, please indicate ‘no’ on the check-out page. If you choose to give us authority to leave your item, no responsibility can be taken by Mint Art Co. if an item is lost or stolen.
If you select to sign for your delivery but are not available to do so on the delivery day, your item will be taken to their nearest depot for you to collect at a time convenient to you – we will provide tracking information when your order is dispatched.
Mint Art Co. accepts payment by Credit Card, PayPal and AfterPay. Payment is required before an order can be processed.
PROMOTIONS AND SALE
Promotions, discounts and promotional codes are valid for the advertised dates and times only and cannot be extended. Discounts cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the advertised promotion times.
If a discount code is supplied, this must be applied at checkout to redeem the promotion. Discount codes cannot be added after your order has been placed and confirmation received.
All promotions are available to Australian residents only. Unless specified, all promotions are available to retail customers only.
Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.
Promotions do not apply to shipping, GST or duties or similar services. Unless specified, promotions do not apply to gift vouchers or pre-order items.
For promotions where you must buy 1 (or more) item(s) to get a reduction on the second (additional) item(s), the discount will be applied at checkout to the lower priced item.
Promotional items are available only while stocks last
Mint Art Co. can, at its sole discretion, extend or terminate a Promotion at any time.
AGREEMENT OF TERMS
By placing an order with Mint Art Co. you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended, they will be effective immediately.
